The property is nice, located not far from the city centre. The staff, was ok, except for the morning staff who was quite pedantic with his responses and had an attitude. The area of the pool is outside the hotel and there’s no direct access. The floor is the pool area is in a very poor condition and needs significant maintenance (the wood floor is was pretty broken)

My sons & I had a wonderful stay for 3nts/4days. The staff were friendly, polite and respectful. The location was perfect - close to downtown shopping and within driving distance to many attractions and points of interest. The resort was clean with stunning views of Lake Nahuel Huapi and the mountains. The staff were always happy to help in any way possible way. Would definitely return. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Excelente lugar para estar en familia Solo dos problemitas El calor de el piso es muy intenso que hasta me enfermo tanto calor estando el termostato apagado y mi vecina de la derecha le encanta hablar hasta las 3 am y yo teniendo que abrir la ventana para poder dormir Pero hasta que se fue mi vecina se fue a dormir ella empece a dormir yo .
